Insert the email address with which you purchased and then click on ‘Forgot Credentials’.
You will be sent an email to reset your password.
Log into the App with your email address & NEW password.

Install the App onto your home screen
iPhone users click the three dots in the top right corner and then choose ‘Add to Home Screen’. MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING SAFARI.
Android users click the three dots and select ‘Install to Home Screen’ MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING GOOGLE CHROME.

You can also enable ‘Push Notifications’ in your settings that will allow you to stay up to date with the latest ticket information.

Common Questions and Answers

What do I need to do on arrival to the Stadium?
Open your App on your home screen to view your tickets & scan for entry.

You can still use the ticket(s) attached in your email via mobile or print.

I created an account but can’t see my tickets?
Ensure that you’ve used the same email address used for purchasing your Season Tickets and Match Tickets. If issues persist, please contact media@athlonetownafc.ie

I have multiple Season Tickets on my account
Season Tickets will appear on the email address they were purchased from. To add them on another device, login on that device and use the Digital Wallet option under the ticket to add it to a separate device.

Can I use the app to purchase Away Tickets?

No, the app only holds tickets for Senior Men’s and Women’s games at Athlone Town Stadium.

Away tickets MUST be purchased through the opposition’s club website.

If the opposition club also uses Future Ticketing, you will be able to download their app when you purchase your ticket and have the away ticket available on their app.
